- That your Annual Plan includes up to the Annual number of Transactions, or one year, whichever comes first. Standard setup fee ($250) is waived under an Annual Plan maintained for one year. A “Transaction” is any document processed through Traxian.
- For applicable Plans, to receive a $200 Annual Rebate for your Traxian Partner Connection Program participation, i.e. you agree to (i) include in your emailed orders and/or invoices a Traxian link inviting your suppliers and/or customers to get connected, and (ii) register your suppliers’ names with Traxian for connecting as and when available.
