By purchasing a plan, you agree:

  1. To receive a $200 Annual Rebate for your Traxian Partner Connect Program participation, i.e. you agree, and authorize your e-commerce solution provider, to (i) include in your emailed orders and/or invoices a Traxian link inviting your suppliers and/or customers to get connected, and (ii) register your suppliers’ names with Traxian for connecting as and when available.
  2. A “Transaction” is any document processed through Traxian.
  3. "Unlimited" Plan applies only to order Transactions received from your one integrated e-commerce system; Plan includes 10 other Transactions per Month (e.g. Supplier invoices).
